tvOne

tvOne (previously called Lativi) is an Indonesian private television station.

Television station was established in 2002 by businessman Abdul Latief. At that time, the concept of the preparation program is a lot of weight problems that smell heresy, erotisme, crime news and a few other light entertainment.

Since 2006, some shares are also owned by the Bakrie Group which also has antv.

On 14 February 2008, Lativi officially changed its name to tvOne, with 70 percent of the composition, the rest is a combination of sports and entertainment programs. Abdul Latief no longer be in the ownership of shares tvOne. Composition of ownership shares of PT tvOne Vision of Media Asia 49%, PT Redal of 31%, Good Response Ltd 10%, and the Promise Result Ltd 10%.
