Trans TV or Television Transformation is an Indonesian private television station, owned by conglomerate Chairul Tanjung The group with it. This station to broadcast the first time in 2001.
With the motto Milik Kita Bersama, the concept of running the station is not much different from the other private stations. Trans TV is a subsidiary of PT Trans Corpora.
Headquarters station is located in Studio TransTV, street Kapten Pierre Tendean, South Jakarta.
Trans TV broadcast officially began on 10 November 2001 although the new broadcast of the experiment, Trans TV station has been built to its TV relay in Jakarta and Bandung. Press the experiment started from a presenter who greet the audience at 19.00 WIB night. Six months later, Trans TV launch new events such as Reportase, Ninku, etc..
