Bali eliminate costs in the 2010 Health


Bali Provincial Government will eliminate the cost of health care began in 2010. Costs that are required of Rp250 billion in the year.

"The funds of Rp250 billion will be taken from budget Bali in 2010, so that all people enjoy free health services," said Bali Governor Made Mangku pastika in Denpasar.

When a meeting with 18 members of the Commission II of DPR RI, led by deputy head, Drs Idrus Marham, he said, health care free for the whole society Bali is expected to be realized next year.

Pemprov Bali, he said, before eliminate health services to the general public, health teams had conducted 6000 times to visit remote rural areas.

"Health services held each one every month to each village in Bali with the target is able to improve public health degrees. Integrated team doctor visits each time to serve not less than 200 residents of the local community," he said.

According to him, the team of medical doctors a number of specialists, general practitioners and paramedics with medicines to provide adequate services for free.

Governor Pastika explains, integrated health care team is special to have cataract operations to serve the residents of 1000 is not sufficient in the year 2009.

From the target, he said, up to now has reached 800 people who already can see the good, the previous blind or vision disturbed.
